Billing and plans FAQ

Monthly plans start with 7 days free. A card is required. If you do nothing, the card is charged on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. During the trial, each counting session takes up to 10 different items. There is no item limit once the trial ends.

Annual costs 11 times the monthly price, so you get one month free. You pay for the year upfront, and annual plans do not include the free trial.

Only the number of sites. Every plan has the same features.

• Single Site: one site.
• Multi-Site: up to three sites.
• Enterprise: four or more sites, priced per site. You choose how many, and see the monthly and annual totals before you pay.

Open Billing then Manage Sites and add it. If your plan is full, Varify offers the next step up instead of just saying no. On Enterprise, the number of sites you pay for is your limit, so adding one more raises your quantity by one and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Yes, from Billing, and it takes effect immediately. The difference is prorated on your next invoice. You cannot move to a plan with fewer sites than you already have, so remove a site first.

Cancel from Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then access ends. Change your mind before then and you can undo the cancellation from the same page.

The plan shows as past due and access is suspended until the payment goes through. Update your card on the Billing page to restore it.
