What happens when your team runs a count.
Set up your sites
Add each warehouse, store, or van as a site and lay out its bins. Do it once and every count after just uses it.
Import your data
Bring in your item catalogue and current stock levels with a CSV import. That becomes the baseline every stock take gets checked against.
Scan and count
Scan a bin QR code, or an existing product barcode saved on the item, from any phone or tablet camera, and count what’s there. Once you’ve opened the session it keeps working without signal and syncs when you’re back online.
Reconcile
Close the session and Varify checks every count against what was expected, flags what’s off, and works out the dollar impact on its own.
Labels your team can scan
Print a label for every bin, in a small shelf strip or a bigger rack card. The QR code already carries the SKU and bin code, so scanning it tells Varify exactly what you're counting and where. Nobody's typing a SKU into a search box standing in the warehouse.

Do I need special hardware to scan barcodes?
No. Any phone or tablet camera works, iOS or Android, browser-based, nothing to install on the device.
What happens if we lose signal mid-count?
Counting keeps working offline once you’ve opened the session while you have signal. Count for the rest of the session and everything syncs when you’re back online.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
We charge the card on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Annual plans are paid upfront.
Is the free trial limited?
The trial is for monthly plans. During it, each counting session takes up to 10 different items. There is no item limit once the trial ends.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, anytime from Billing. Moving between site-count tiers takes effect immediately.
Is our stock data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is role-based, so staff only see what they need to.
